Contact the operator or GetYourGuide through your booking confirmation. Have your reservation reference ready. StavangerTours cannot change, cancel or refund a booking made with another provider.
An accommodation booking
Use the confirmation from the accommodation platform or property. Contact that provider directly for room requests, cancellations and payment questions.
Questions before booking
Use the provider’s contact options on the linked listing to confirm meeting points, accessibility, age restrictions and inclusions. We do not currently provide a customer-support inbox or collect enquiries through a form.
